Quick ejaculations or premature ejaculations happen within three minutes of penetration.
The first approach to curing them is learning to breathe slowly through your nostrils deep into the belly.

Shallow or careless breathing is a character of men who are prone to quick anger or anxiety. This is also reflected during sex.
They cannot hold back their breath, so they start breathing shallowly like the woman.
The moment you start heaving, moaning and breathing shallowly like a mongoose, you lose the mental stamina, you lose the core power and lose the kinetics. You become overpowered by emotions and before you realize it, the ejaculation has left the gun like a bullet.
Your belly is your core fuel tank during sex. A weak, sloppy core cannot postpone an ejaculation.

Learn to fill your belly with enough gas. You can begin to learn this when running or in the gym. Don’t breathe carelessly in the gym.
Even when you are walking or sitting alone, normalize breathing slowly and deeply into your belly.
During sex, breathe slowly and deeply. Beware of your consciousness.
Don’t be hijacked by thoughts or emotions during sex.
Every time you sense that ejaculation is about to shoot, take a deep breath and focus on your mental stamina.
When you wake up in the morning, practise meditation during your 4Bs. Breathe deeply into your abdomen and allow the gas to spread like branches of trees to your flanks, back, and buttocks as you slowly exhale. Do it for 5 minutes.
Deep breathing also goes hand in hand with a strong pelvic floor musculature.
Practice Kegel’s exercise all the time in the morning before a cold shower and in the evening before bedtime.
Build a strong fuel tank that can stop your mental frame from losing the game in the first three minutes.
